This year Left Coast Crime will be at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado, from March 21 thru 24. MALICE DOMESTIC 25


The Twenty-fifth Anniversary of Malice Domestic will be held at the Hyatt Hotel in Bethesda, Maryland, from May 3-5. Guest of Honor is Laurie R. King, Toastmaster is Laura Lippman, Lifetime Achievement Recipient is Aaron Elkins. In addition, Peter Robinson is the International Guest of Honor, Carolyn Hart is the recipient of the Amelia Award and Fan Guest of Honor is Cindy Silberblatt. This year Malice Remembers Dick Francis.

CRIMEFEST 2013
Where The Pen Is Bloodier Than The Sword


If you are looking for a convention overseas CrimeFest 2013, which takes place in Bristol, England, would be just right. This year CrimeFest will be held May 30 to June 2 at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel. Robert Goddard is the Featured Guest Author/Toastmaster and there is a long list of British crime authors slated to attend; as well as a few Americans.

THRILLERFEST VIII


ThrillerFest takes place at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City July 10-13. ThrillerMaster is Anne Rice, Spotlight Guests of Honor are Michael Connelly, T. Jefferson Parker and Michael Palmer. The 2013 Silver Bullet Award recipient is Steve Berry.

BOUCHERCON 2013
A New York State of Crime


This year Boucherson will be held in Albany, New York, from September 19-22. Setting for the event is the Empire Plaza which does not have its own hotel but there are a number of hotels adjacent to the venue. Honored Guests are Sue Grafton, P. C. Doherty, Tess Gerritsen and Steve Hamilton with others to be announced.
